Daniel brings nearly 30 years of combined experience in building surveying and inspections.
He holds a Diploma in Building Surveying from Swinburne University and is registered as a Building Surveyor Unlimited, enabling him to oversee a wide range of construction projects.
Daniel has extensive experience across all forms of construction, including residential, commercial, industrial, and educational buildings. His broad knowledge and practical expertise ensure the highest standards of compliance, safety, and quality in every project he undertakes.
Specialising in residential construction, Christopher has a deep understanding of permit requirements and building codes, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the building process. His knowledge and hands-on approach make him a trusted advisor for clients and a key leader within the NBP team
Andrew joined NBP in 2016, gained his Building Surveyor Limited registration in 2019, and became a Partner in 2020. He also holds an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying, and his career reflects consistent growth and a strong commitment to the industry.
Andrew specialises in residential construction, working closely with homeowners, builders, and designers to ensure fast and accurate permit approvals.
Jack has been with Nepean Building Permits and Consultants since 2019 and is a registered Building Surveyor Limited. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying and currently serves as a Building Inspector within the team.
Jack plays a key role in on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with building regulations. His practical experience and approachable manner make him a trusted point of contact for builders and clients during the inspection process.
Chelsea joined NBP in April 2018 as a valued member of the administration team. In January 2022, she became a registered Pool Compliance Inspector and now plays a key role in managing and conducting pool compliance inspections across the region.
In addition to her inspection work, Chelsea continues to provide reliable support to the administration team. She is committed to ensuring pools meet all required safety and regulatory standards, bringing attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility to every inspection.
Nicole has been a dedicated member of the NBP team since 2009, bringing over 15 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the building permit process. She plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Her long-standing commitment and attention to detail make her an integral part of the NBP team.
